About our chugim
The RTB (Ready to Ball) Chugim in Ramat Beit Shemesh are run by RTB founder and director Avi Proctor. With over 10 years of experience training boys in the Jewish community in the U.S., and early work with Excel Sports helping NBA prospects prepare for the draft, Avi brings a professional-level approach to coaching. He shows that basketball can be a path for both athletic growth and strengthening one’s connection with Hashem.
Our sessions build basketball fundamentals, sharpen game knowledge, and push boys through competitive drills, all while fostering personal growth and confidence.

Important Information
Season Commitment: Registration is for the full season (September–June).
Pricing: Each chug is ₪50 per session.
Payment: Payments are made by credit card only and are charged on the 1st of each month, based on the number of scheduled sessions that month.
Group Size: Each chug is capped at 22 Boys to ensure quality instruction.
Coaching: Every group is led by 1–2 coaches, depending on enrollment.
Training Philosophy: Sessions focus on individual skill development, basketball IQ, and organized gameplay, giving boys the opportunity to apply what they learn.
Community: Players come from a variety of local schools. If you'd like to know which group may be the best fit for your child, feel free to reach out.
